Private instruction and group classes are available in your home or at the Serving Healthy home kitchen, and we occasionally schedule classes in commercial kitchens and church kitchens.
All cooking classes are conducted by classically trained chef and nutritionist Paul Webster.
Virtual Cooking Classes
Virtual cooking classes are are designed for new or existing clients and are conducted via Zoom or other virtual meeting software. We are currently conducting free virtual cooking classes
with an optional donation. In addition, we are offering personalized virtual cooking classes specific to your requests. For all virtual cooking classes, you will be sent
a list of ingredients required to complete the class at least 24 hours prior to the class. All recipe details will be sent to you via email once the class is complete.
Virtual cooking classes use multiple cameras and camera angles for the best view of all methods used for preparing the food.
To find out what virtual classes are currently being offered, please check our Calendar of Events or follow us on our Social Media accounts.
If you would like to schedule a personalized virtual cooking class, please call 303-403-9460 or submit your information through our Contact Page.
In-Home Cooking Instruction and Cooking Parties
From one-on-one time in the kitchen to a group party, our In-Home Cooking Instruction offers fun, nutrition education, and great food.
If you want to learn how to cook that special meal for your wife or husband, or you want to have a small party with friends, these cooking
classes are conducted in your own kitchen and they are filled with fun and knowledge. At the end of the class, you get to enjoy what we
prepared! Pick your favorite meal or something you have always wanted to cook. You can choose from any type of cuisine, or ask Chef Paul to
suggest something based on your likes and dislikes.
Classes are typically 2 1/2 to 3 hours long and start at $150.00 for one or two people. If you want to make it a party, it is only $40.00 for each additional person, up to 10 total guests.
All classes include a minimum of a three course dinner, with a first course, main dish, and dessert. Cooking classes will always be based on healthy food and preparation, and will be modified for special dietary and allergy needs.
All standard food is included, special requests or expensive food items may result in an additional cost that will be discussed when the menu is planned.
Serving Healthy Kitchen Instruction
Classes conducted in the Serving Healthy kitchen are typically based on seasonal food and are offered periodically throughout the year. Prices will vary for each class depending on the menu, please check the calendar to find a future class in which you may be interested.

For people who would like to have private or group instruction, but are not comfortable with someone else cooking in their kitchen, please contact Paul at Serving Healthy to discuss options for having the class at the Serving Healthy Kitchen or an alternate location.
The average time for classes held at the Serving Healthy kitchen varies, but generally does not exceed three hours.
Weekly Meal Preparation
The weekly meal preparation is similar to the standard cooking class where we cook together while learning healthy cooking techniques and discuss key nutrition topics. Rather than preparing a single meal, we prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the week. This service is designed for individuals and
couples who want to spend about three hours working with Chef Paul to prepare weekly meals that can be taken to work for lunch and quickly prepared or heated for weeknight meals. We will prepare 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 dinners that will simplify your meal time decisions.
If you have additional family members, they can be included in the meal plan for a small fee.
Classes can be held at your home or at the Serving Healthy Kitchen. All food and to-go containers are included in the price.
Special events and group events at churches or commercial kitchens
Generally these classes are organized and scheduled several months in advance by Serving Healthy and follow a pattern similar to the classes held at the Serving Healthy kitchen.
If you would like to organize an event at your church or you know of a location with a kitchen that is willing to offer healthy cooking classes, please contact Paul at Serving Healthy to discuss possible options.
Farmers Market Shop and Cook (Seasonal)
During Farmer's Market season, special classes are available where we tour a farmer's market in your area and decide what to make for an afternoon or early evening meal.
We will meet at the farmer's market mid-morning and walk around to see what is available while discussing the nutritional benefits of the food.
We will determine what looks best and what can be done with those items, and then we will return to a kitchen to prepare a wonderful fresh and healthful meal.
