Personal Training and Fitness Guidance
Going to the gym is not your thing? Maybe you have a gym membership but you don't go as often as you think you should. Learn exercises and
fitness activities that can improve your overall health whether or not you want to spend money on a gym membership.
Your first session is free and does not include any physical training. You should expect to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour discussing your health and
nutrition history and any goals you have. At the end of the session, we will talk about possible fitness plans and it will be up to you to decide
if you would like to continue your path toward better health and fitness through Serving Healthy. The cost of fitness guidance and personal
training will depend on the program we design to meet your goals.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out our standard fitness intake forms. If you would like to fill out the forms in advance,
you will be provided a link to download the forms prior to your visit.
